Abstract

By investigations in the system Ca—Ni—P we found two ternary phases. CaNi_1.95P₂ crystallizes in a tetragonal lattice; a ThCr₂Si₂ type structure is supposed. Ca_2.1Ni_11.9P₇ crystallizes in a hexagonal lattice.
