Abstract
In this study, viscosity changes have been measured in whole blood after in vitro dilution with varying concentrations of several intravenous agents. In the presence of fixed red cell concentrations, responses are discussed. Physiologic implications of these changes are discussed. The response to angiographic dye dilution is presented to emphasize their clinical significance. Keywords
