Abstract
Lipomatous uterine tumors are rare benign neoplasms that can be difficult to differentiate from benign cystic ovarian teratomas. However, if a fat containing mass can be clearly identified to be of uterine origin, the diagnosis of a lipomatous uterine tumor can be made. We present two cases in which a lipomatous uterine tumor was suggested by ultrasound and confirmed by CT and magnetic resonance. Keywords
