Abstract
The effects of oxytocin and vasopressin on the motility of mice cauda epididymidis were studied in vitro by isometric recording of contractions. Contractility of the cauda was evaluated by measuring the baseline tension (in mg), the frequency (number of contractions/min), and the amplitude (in mg). Results were analyzed for statistical significance by using analysis of variance.Keywords
