Abstract
For and a microscopic one-particle-one-hole plus two-particle-two-hole calculation examines fluid dynamical predictions about a collective twist resonance in finite nuclei at MeV. A spin flip mode which strongly competes with the twist in experiments is heavily fragmented, thus allowing experimental detection of the twist.
