Abstract

T. pallorana has 2 generations a year in n. Utah. Overwintering larvae produced moths during late June and early July. Summer generation larvae caused damage in July and Aug. by tying racemes of flowers together, thus preventing pollination. Insecticides applied at this time and in fall on the winter generation failed to give control.
