Abstract
Two patients with biopsy-proven Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease had MRI studies that revealed increased signal in the basal ganglia on T2-weighted images, suggesting that MRI can be a useful diagnostic instrument in Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease.Keywords
