An experiment was conducted to establish the relation between the longitude reference of the Navy Navigation Satellite System and the international longitude reference at Greenwich. If the Greenwich Geodetic Meridian is to have 0° longitude in the Transit Coordinate System, the user must add 5″.64 to all longitude measurements. Keywords
