Abstract
A primary haemangiopericytoma of the lacrimal sac in a 45-year-old male is reported. The neoplasm, highly unusual in this location, recurred twice before being correctly identified. Total excision with surrounding tissue appears to be the treatment of choice for this tumour, the behaviour of which is often unpredictable. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
