Abstract
Isothermal recovery curves of the electrical resistivity in deformed aluminum (99.995 at.% purity) were measured immediately after elongation. Specimens were elongated by about 4, 7 and 13%. A peak indicating the reverse recovery of resistivity was observed at adequate aging temperatures except for about 4% elongation. Experimental data were analyzed using the rate equation, where the clusters smaller than quadrivacancy were taken into account. The correspondence of the experimental results with the calculated ones is briefly discussed. Keywords
