Abstract
An extraordinarily high serum Ca level (29.0 mg. %) observed in a patient with a cystadenoma of a parathyroid gland, and an unusual deformity of the thoracic cage with marked clubbing of the fingers, illustrate the severity of mineral metabolic derangement which may occur in hyperparathyroidism.Keywords
