Abstract
A case of angiosarcoma of the scalp is reported. The histogenesis of this tumour is discussed in terms of the ultrastructural and immunohistochemical findings. This type of angiosarcoma is uncommon and carries a poor prognosis: the therapeutic alternatives are discussed.Keywords
