Abstract
Retrospectively the urographic findings, history, clinical signs and surgical/pathologic features of 46 Wilms tumors were analysed. Impaired or no function of the kidney was associated with a high incidence of defects of the renal pelvis and invasion of the renal vein. A high rate of non-radically operated or inoperable tumors and high mortality was present in these (human) cases. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
