Abstract
A case of quinidine-induced thrombocytopenia is reported. The concomitant use of Dicumarol (3,3''-methylenebis [4 -hydroxy-coumarin]) during a myocardial infarction complicated the diagnosis. The serum prothrombin consumption test in detecting the coagulation defect was of value. Keywords
