Variation of Specificity of Autoantibodies in Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia

Abstract
The warm autoantibodies associated with autoimmune hemolytic anemia may show specificities directed against antigens of the Rh blood group system. This report deals with a patient observed for 5 yr. During this time his autoantibody changed from nonspecific to specific. Furthermore, the specificity of the antibody varied from anti-hr″ (e) to anti-hr′ (c) and anti-hr (f).
