Abstract
FOR the past eighteen months a specially fabricated bush and washer of bronze‐filled‐PTFE have operated continuously, 24‐hours a day, seven days a week, without lubrication or maintenance at the Orb Works of The British Steel Corporation, S. Wales, and still show no signs of wear or fatigue.
