Abstract
Applies the varieties of capitalism framework to labour politics and industrial relations. It surveys recent developments in these areas across several of the advanced democracies, and documents a persistent and perhaps growing divide between the liberal and organized market economies with respect to the institutions of collective bargaining and industrial relations.Keywords
