Abstract
Presentation of Case First admission. A 21-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of a lump in the neck.Since early childhood he had annually experienced several episodes of a cough that continued for two or more weeks, without accompanying fever, chest pain or sputum production. Six weeks before admission a nonproductive cough developed and persisted.
