LXXVII Serotonin and the Carcinoid Syndrome in Patients with Bronchial Tumors

Abstract
The association of the carcinoid syndrome and a bronchial tumor has been observed in 5 patients at the Mayo Clinic and in 22 patients studied elsewhere. In two instances the tumor was a small cell carcinoma; in the remainder it was a bronchial adenoma of the carcinoid type.
