Abstract
A case of acquired popliteal entrapment occurred in which a vein graft was placed medial to the medial head of the gastrocnemius muscle during bypass of a popliteal aneurysm. After typical manifestations of entrapment occurred the vein graft was relocated to its proper position lateral to the medial head of the gastrocnemius muscle, which relieved the entrapment. Keywords
