Abstract
Streptomycin, in dosages from 0.3 to 1 g., administered in 6 equal doses per 24 hrs. at 4-hr. intervals proved effective in the therapy of granuloma inguinale. The total dosages employed varied from 3.3 to 46 g. given over a period extending from 6 to 46 days. Three relapses occurred in the 29 patients treated. In 2 of these, the patients received <4 g. of streptomycin. Keywords
