Abstract
10-4 [image]. Mn++ hastened activation of crude prothrombokinase in a 3-stage analysis of blood coagulation. This concn. did not prevent the subsequent decline of kinase activity, or appreciably affect conversion of prothrombin. 10-2 m Mn++ suppressed production of thrombin. The bearing of these findings on coagulation theory and assay of prokinase was discussed. Keywords
