Abstract
(1)土壌より分離したBacillus sp. F-11を使用して,植物組織の崩壊に関係する酵素の研究を行なった.粗酵素を使用するときは, macerating activityの最適値がpH 9.5およびpH 6.0～7.0に認められた. (2) Polygalacturonic acid trans-eliminaseを精製し,その酵素活性およびmacerating activityがpH 9.5において最高であることを明らかにした. (3) pH 6.0～7.0におけるmacerating activityについても実験を行ない,考察を加えた.Keywords
