Abstract
The rarity of multiple meningioma justifies the report of a case. Hosoi's1search in the literature in 1930 disclosed 22 cases, including 1 of his own. Raaf and Craig,2in 1935, found a case reported by von Anfimow3in 1889 which was not included in Hosoi's collected series. Since 1930 cases have been reported by Penfield and Young,4von der Hütten,5Uprus,6List,7Frazier and Alpers,8Alajouanine and co-workers,9Raaf and Craig,2Woltman and Love,10Harbitz,11Cerviño and associates,12Petit-Dutaillis and Ectors,13Arlt,14, Puusepp,15Worster-Drought and associates,16Pacifico,17Cushing and Eisenhardt,18Dandy,19Horrax,20Larson and Stroud21and Armitage.22This brings the total number of reported cases to 52. The incidence of this condition is difficult to determine. Heuer and Dandy23had 1 case in 70 casesThis publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
