Abstract
Summary: Large amounts of hyperimmune antibody can be prepared in mice by use of the relatively nonvirulent ascites cell neoplasm Sarcoma 180/TG. The titers of the ascitic fluid antibodies compare favorably with those of the sera, and more than 20 times as much antibody can be obtained per mouse. Antibody has been prepared against several viruses, human serum proteins and sheep erythrocytes. The antibody is of relatively high titer and specificity and is homologous for viruses maintained in mice. Keywords
