Abstract
The performance of degenerate acoustic-surface-wave convolvers, fabricated on CdS, LiNbO
3
and Bi
12
GeO
20
, is compared. Measured values of the bilinear coefficient indicate that acoustoelectric bunching can contribute significantly to dynamic range.
