Abstract
Sixty-eight patients with 71 osteochondral fractures of the talus were evaluated an average of 7.5 years after the onset of symptoms to determine which factors influenced the final result. It was found that the type of fracture was the most important; delay in treatment also affected the result adversely. A scheme of treatment for each type of fracture is proposed. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
