Abstract
We derive a Hamiltonian for the nonrelativistic quark-antiquark bound state. For the case of vector-particle exchange, anomalous-magnetic-moment terms are included. We find an anomalous spin-independent term that has not been previously noted. Also, the case of scalar-particle exchange is examined. Finally, possible implications are discussed. Keywords
