Abstract
A case is reported of a patient with chronic myeloid leukemia in which the leukocytes had many of the characteristics of the Pelger leukocyte anomaly (partial or complete lack of nuclear segmentation in the mature polymorphonuclear leukocyte with increased clumping and condensation of the chromatin). This tendency progressed as the disease advanced. Limited family studies were negative for the true Pelger anomaly. Keywords
