Abstract
The noise power from a gas discharge plasma may be ascribed to the electron current fluctuations in the plasma due to collisions of electrons with atoms or ions. The noise power, in general, is derived from both the thermal velocities, which are characterized by the electron temperature, and from the dc power, which is characterized by the average current.Keywords
