Abstract
Equations for the genotypic frequencies at equilibrium in two- and k-locus incompatibility systems are given on the basis of an equal fertility of all genotypes. The number of alleles may be different at each locus. The results are compared with those of Charlesworth (1979), who used another approach with unequal fertility. Keywords
