Charge-Exchange Scattering and a "Coherent Droplet" Model of High-Energy Exchange Processes

Abstract
A model calculation is presented following a simple viewpoint to approach high-energy two-body processes . charge-exchange scattering is discussed in detail. A number of further experiments are suggested.
