Abstract
Dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate dehydroepiandrosterone, testosterone and [DELTA]4-androstenedione were isolated and characterized from the testes and the spermatic vein plasma of a boar treated 3 days by human chorionic gonadotropin. De -hydroepiandrosterone sulfate and testosterone were the most abundant compounds. In an untreated boar, there were more dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate, dehydroepiandrosterone and testosterone (tentatively identified) in spermatic vein plasma than in spermatic arterial plasma and peripheral venous plasma. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
