Abstract
HLA determinations were made during diagnosis of 141 breast cancer patients. Values of relative risk and antigen frequencies at the 1st and the 2nd locus were confronted to data found in a control population. Neoplastic population subdivisions according to hormonal status and parity caused significant differences: A28 frequency in menopausal nulliparous women with breast cancer was 26 vs. 7% in controls (P corrected = 0.038) with relative risk = 6.63 (P 0.001).This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
