Abstract
A procedure for preparation of follicle-stimulating hormone from human pituitaries is described. Approximately a 15-fold purification can be achieved by a procedure involving fractionation with (NH4)2SO4 and a cation exchange resin. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
