Abstract
The organization of the fibers in tissues of laminated fibrous structures constitutes an obstacle to obtaining ultrathin sections for transmission electron microscopic observations routinely. This paper deals with the orientation of the specimen block face in a way that greatly improves sectioning of these tissues. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
