Abstract
Moldy hay and other moldy vegetable matter are the most frequently recognized sources of hypersensitivity pneumonitis. The second most common sources are pigeons and parakeets. The identified, or suspected, antigens abound in our environment and are not all occupational. Recognized sources include mold growing in home air-conditioning or heating systems. Suspects include enzyme detergents, epoxy resins used in making plastics, and numerous medications. Keywords
