Abstract
We derive an expansion of the scattering matrix for any reasonable atomic potential V(r) by using the Sturmian expansion of the Coulomb Green’s function. We demonstrate the method for the case where V(r) is a Coulomb potential plus a Yukawa potential. Keywords
