Abstract
Excitation energies and oscillator strengths from the ground state to the first P and P excited states of Zn-like ions are calculated by using the multiconfiguration relativistic random-phase approximation. Results are compared with those from other theories and with experiment. Predicted values for highly stripped ions are listed.
