Abstract
Membrane-associated cytidine 5′-diphospho-1,2-diacyl-sn-glycerol:L-serine O-phosphatidyltransferase (EC 2.7.8.8) wa solubilized from the cell envelope fraction of the gram-positive anaerobe Clostridium perfringens with Triton X-100 Successful solubilization of the enzyme was dependent on the addition of manganese ions.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
