Abstract
The basic amino-acids were detd. by the Block procedure. For the separation of the dicarboxylic acids the Ca salts were more selective than the Ba salts. By the procedure for ethyl ester formation 93% of the mono-amino acid N is obtained as free esters in chloroform soln.; 76% of the N of the protein is now identified. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
