Abstract
As a part of a continuing program of observation concerned with the metabolism of radioiodine, equational relationships were developed and used to calculate quantities related to renal function. Specific use was made of the observations obtainable with radioiodine, in conditions where not all of the substance was being excreted in the urine (unusual for clearance calculations). A method for using the curve of urine content as well as the curve of blood concn. was devised, and the results obtained by using these methods were compared with a more usual method for estimating clearance. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
