Abstract
A mixed platinum (II) complex with tert-butylamine and doxorubicin (cooordinated via the aminogroup) has been synthesized and tested for antitumor activity. The results indicate that the complex was active against doxorubibin-resistant P388 and cisplatin-resistant L1210 leukemias, while maintaining antitumor activity against sensitive parent lines. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
