Abstract
A pulsed X‐band superheterodyne electron paramagnetic resonance spectrometer with coherent pulse generation, phase sensitive detection, and a response time of 40 nsec is described. The experimental details of the circuitry used in the measurement of electron spin‐lattice relaxation times are given. A transient technique of performing electron‐nuclear double resonance (ENDOR) which entails monitoring the two‐pulse or three‐pulse electron spin echo is discussed. Keywords
