Abstract
We present a development of the dipole-trap model for the description of the field and temperature dependences of the non-dispersive charge-carrier transport in disordered organic matrices. Very good agreement between our numerical results and the phenomenological Gill-Pfister equation is obtained. Our consideration reveals the physical meaning of the parameters of this equation. Keywords
