Abstract
Describes a technique for "measuring the practical utility of a clinical report." The technique is primarily concerned with devising a way to describe patients or clients objectively. Limitations of the technique are also presented. The chief criterion for using this type of report is its "action-potential;" the most important implication of the data is that it is possible to measure this "action-potential."
