Abstract
Mixtures of anti-serum and horse or cattle hemoglobin give a precipitate with definite and measurable amount of hemoglobin. The bulk of the precipitate arose from serum globulin. Analysis of the residue showed antibody globulin to be indistinguishable from normal globulin. A theoretical discussion of the nature and formation of antibodies is included. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
