Abstract
Solutions of mechlorethamine hydrochloride used to treat patients with mycosis fungoides and psoriasis are stable for many months, especially when they are refrigerated. This fact should make the use of this treatment more convenient, but the risk of cancer induction from such use should be appreciated.
