Abstract

Two separate charmed-particle issues are discussed in the context of charm production in

e^{+} - e^{-}

collisions. One has to do with the kinds of measurements that might serve to establish the relative lifetimes of the charmed mesons

D^{+}

,

D^{0}

,

F^{+}

. The other concerns the isotopic properties of the production process.
