Abstract
A high-precision standard for the calibration of audio-frequency phase meters has been designed using a microprocessor to generate the test signals. The accuracy is better than 0.01 degree over a frequency band from dc to 5 kHz and decreases to 0.1 degree at higher audio frequencies. Keywords
